Privacy Policy for Fasttask.net

This Privacy Policy outlines how Fasttask.net (together with its affiliated entities—referred to here as “Fasttask.net,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) gathers, stores, uses, and discloses the following types of personal information:

  1. Customer Data: This includes personal data collected, processed, and managed on behalf of our business clients ("Customers") that is submitted to Fasttask.net's cloud-based services. These services encompass our platforms, products, applications, application programming interface ("API"), tools, and any related or supplementary services provided online or through a mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). As a "data processor," we handle this Customer Data in accordance with the instructions of the respective Customer. For more details, please see Section 9 below.
  2. User Data: Personal data regarding individuals who act as points of contact for our Customers and engage directly with Fasttask.net about their accounts, including billing contacts, authorized signatories, and administrators of the Customer’s accounts, as well as any authorized users of the Platform ("Users").
  3. Prospect Data: Information about individuals who visit our websites (including but not limited to Fasttask.net), attend events, or engage with our marketing, social media, or digital content, as well as any potential customers, users, or partners ("Prospects").
  4. Technology Partner Data: Information related to individuals who interact with us as potential or existing technology partners (such as developers or technology ambassadors) through our Platform, websites, events, or other platforms utilized by Fasttask.net.

If you are a Customer, User, Prospect, or Technology Partner, please carefully read this Privacy Policy to understand how we manage your personal data.

You are not legally obligated to provide your personal information to us. If you prefer not to provide it or do not wish to have it processed by us or our service providers, you are free not to visit our websites or use our services. You may also choose not to provide optional personal data, although this may limit the services and user experience we can offer you.

1. Data Collection & Processing

"Personal data" refers to any information that can identify or relate to an individual, either directly or indirectly. This policy does not cover aggregated or anonymized information that is maintained in a form that cannot reasonably be associated with an individual.

We may collect or generate the following categories of personal data:

For California residents, in the past 12 months, we have collected categories of personal information such as Identifiers, Professional or Employment-Related Information, Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity, Customer Records Information, and Geolocation Information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information as defined under the CCPA.

With respect to personal data we obtain from Google OAuth API Scopes, used in our integration with certain Google Services (“Integrated Google Services”), our use of such personal data and data aggregated, anonymized, or derived therefrom (“Restricted personal data”), is limited to the following purposes, in adherence with the Limited Use requirements as detailed in Google API Services User Data Policy (version of September 3, 2020):

  1. Facilitating, operating, supporting, providing and improving user-facing features that are prominent in the Integrated Google Services (Performance of Contract; Legitimate Interests);
  2. Troubleshooting or security purposes (such as investigating a bug or abuse), subject to the Users’ prior consent, insofar access to Restricted personal data is required to resolve a support issue (Performance of Contract; Legitimate Interests);
  3. Compliance with applicable law and regulations (Legal Obligation);
  4. For our internal operations, provided that the Restricted personal data (including derivations thereof) have been aggregated and anonymized (Legitimate Interests);
  5. Transfer of the Restricted personal data to third parties: (1) in accordance with this Privacy Policy, solely to the extent necessary to provide or improve the Integrated Google Services; (2) to comply with applicable laws and regulations; and (3) in connection with any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of substantially all of monday.com’s assets (Performance of Contract; Legitimate Interests; Legal Obligation);
  6. Otherwise in strict accordance with your affirmative agreement.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data for the following purposes, based on legal grounds such as fulfilling contractual obligations, complying with legal requirements, and supporting our legitimate business interests:

  1. Providing and Improving Services: To operate, secure, and enhance our services, process payments, and personalize user experiences.
  2. Customer Support: To assist Customers, Users, Prospects, and Technology Partners, diagnose technical issues, and monitor the use of our services.
  3. Marketing and Advertising: To optimize marketing efforts, manage advertisements, and promote engagement with our services.
  4. Communication: To send service-related or promotional messages and to ensure data security and protection.
  5. Compliance: To meet our legal and contractual obligations.
